Introduction:

Eden Services, a well-established landscaping company, approached Good Idea with the goal of rebranding their business to better reflect their new service offerings and to improve the overall user experience of their website. Good Idea was tasked with creating a new brand identity and redesigning the website to clearly showcase Eden Services' existing and new service offerings.

Re-branding:

Good Idea began the rebranding process by conducting extensive market research to understand the landscaping industry, but more specifically the target audience for Eden Services.

Based on this insight, we created a new brand identity that emphasised the company's commitment to quality and customer care. The new logo featured a stylised ‘E’ and the brand colours were changed to green and earthy tones to reflect this message. The tonnes that were chosen also reflected confidence and trust.

UX Design

Good Idea focused on redesigning the Eden Services website to improve the overall user experience. We began by conducting user research to understand the pain points and needs of the website's users. From this research, we identified that users were having difficulty finding information about the company's new service offerings and that pages bounces were in the high percentages. We designed and developed pages that sufficiently informed each user while offering clear and concise CTA’s next to essential decision making content.

We completely redesigned the website's navigation and created a dedicated section for the new services. Additionally, we incorporated more visuals that placed the accompanying services in context and showcasing the company's quality of work

Results

The rebranding and website redesign were a success. The new website is much cleaner to navigate, making it easier for users to find information about the company's new service offerings. As a result, Eden Services saw an increase in website traffic and leads for their new and existing services.

Conclusion

Good Idea successfully rebranded and redesigned the website for Eden Services, which helped the company to better reflect their new service offerings and improve the overall user experience for their website. The new brand identity and website design effectively communicated the company's quality promise. Resulting in an increase in website traffic and leads for their new services.
